Just sold the downstairs Madeira model in The Colony (Ambassador Series) with attached garage for $955,000. That is the highest sale price for a Madeira this year. In April there were 23 closings in the beach/marina area, 3 were in The Colony and two of those 3 were RE/MAX sales. Also, I have a San Tropez townhome coming up. Call me for more info.
