In April RE/MAX closed escrow on two condos at HarborWalk. 3241 Harbor (updated villa) closed for $925,000 and 4534 LaBrea (updated T-3) closed for $650,000. I represented the buyer on a great Golf Villa in Camarillo that at the time this is going to print, is about to close escrow. We have buyers who are looking for specific floor plans and are waiting.
