As of the date of this publication, we have one in escrow at the Colony due to close in December, and one currently on the market. I have one coming up in HarborWalk. The owner is updating and it will probably be on the market after the first of the year. I have buyers looking for a lower level with no stairs and an oversized patio/back yard.
